Delivery Director

We seek a Delivery Director who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• Experience working with external clients and outsourcing. 

   

• Experience having frequent interaction with appropriate stakeholders and providing visibility and accurate information that impacts client’s business.

   

• Experience negotiating yearly business plans with customers.

   

• Team leadership. Experience working with a distributed or multidisciplinary team is a plus!

   

• Relevant experience in a software development or delivery organization working with agile teams.

   

• Knowledge of agile scaled frameworks. Agile certifications are a plus!

   

• Experience with risk management, operations, P&L and forecasting. 

   

• Being able to detect opportunities to improve project performance. 

   

• MBA degree or similar studies is a big plus!
