We seek a People Journey Semi Senior Advance level a seasoned Human Resources professional with over six (6) years of experience optimizing HR processes and managing operations in dynamic corporate environments, ideally within organizations of more than 2,000 employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis to support strategic decision-making, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Proficiency in HR Information Systems, particularly SAP and SuccessFactors, is essential. Attention to detail, leadership in continuous improvement projects, and a proactive approach to solving complex problems are key to driving operational efficiency and ensuring compliance.
You will get the chance to:
- Analysis and Reporting:
- Design and execute periodic data audits in SAP and SuccessFactors to ensure consistency and accuracy of information.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical reports for senior management on key metrics of staffing, turnover, and organizational structure. - Systems Administration (SAP and SuccessFactors):
- Serve as expert point of contact for complex issue resolution and requirements management in SAP and SuccessFactors.
- Lead system configuration improvement initiatives to align technology with business needs and best practices. - Operations and Compliance:
- Execute mass transactions of personnel, ensuring correct application of policies and procedures.
- Collaborate closely with Payroll, HR Business Partners and Finance teams to ensure proper execution of integrated processes.
- Ensure compliance of the area's processes with current labor regulations and internal company policies. -
Numerical Analysis: Meticulous in the review and validation of employee master data, Ability to interpret large volumes of data, and generate controls. Experience in creating metrics and KPIs for Operations.

HR Operations Management: Execution of critical HR processes such as employee lifecycle (hiring, internal moves, offboarding), personnel administration, benefits administration, new hire management and payroll process support.

Process Optimization: Ability to map, analyze and design human resources operations flows, identifying opportunities for automation and improvement to increase efficiency and service quality.

In-depth knowledge of labor obligations/compliance: To ensure processes are aligned with local regulations.
