Data Scientist

We seek a Data Scientist who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• Data Engineering: Assist in designing and maintaining data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data for machine learning and AI applications.
• Machine Learning & Data Science: Support the development, training, and evaluation of ML and Deep Learning models to solve business problems.
• GenAI Development: Help build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures to improve the accuracy and context of LLM outputs.
• Agentic Workflows: Collaborate in the creation and deployment of AI Agent flows (e.g., using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks) to automate complex tasks.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in Artificial Intelligence, testing new models and tools to see how they can benefit our team.
• Collaboration: Work alongside software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to integrate AI features into our applications.
