Technical Manager Enterprise Applications - ES

We seek a Technical Manager who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• Extensive experience managing large-scale Enterprise Applications, specifically leading technical strategies and roadmaps for Oracle or SAP environments.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) applied to ERPs, including best practices for customizations, patch management, and system integrations.
• Strong technical background in cloud-based or hybrid architectures, ensuring the scalability, security, and high performance of business-critical systems.
• Proven leadership skills to manage high-performing technical teams, driving delivery excellence and maintaining alignment between IT infrastructure and business goals.
• Good English level with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
