Technical Business Analyst - Risk & Compliance

We seek a Technical Business Analyst - Risk & Compliance who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• Proven ability to facilitate requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders and translate business needs into clear use cases, epics, and user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Strong experience in Core Banking and Risk & Compliance architectures (Credit Risk, AML, Collections), including integrations with credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian), decision engines (Modellica, Provenir, Experian), and AML/KYC tools.
• Solid understanding of APIs, data analysis, database queries, log analysis, and participation across the full software development lifecycle, including release management and functional validation.
• Hands-on experience in digital banking transformation projects (backend core and front-end), applying Agile/Lean methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Harness, Bamboo, and Bitbucket.
• Analytical mindset, strong communication skills with both technical and business audiences, ability to manage multiple initiatives, and confidence working in international environments with intermediate-advanced English proficiency.
• Strong English communication skills.
