Scrum Master

We seek a Scrum Master who shares our passion for agility, technical excellence, and driving transformation within the banking sector. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless delivery of high-impact financial products in a complex, fast-paced environment.

What will help you succeed:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master within IT finance projects (Banking, Payments, or Financial Services), navigating the unique challenges of regulated environments.
• Strong familiarity with API and Microservices architectures, enabling you to bridge the gap between technical implementation and business requirements.
• Expertise in managing bank change management processes, including the preparation and presentation of releases to Change Committees (CAB).
• Highly organized and self-driven, with a mastery of agile tooling (JIRA, Confluence) to track metrics, manage dependencies in multi-squad setups, and ensure team accountability.
• xceptional communication skills to navigate all levels of the organization, shielding the team from distractions while keeping stakeholders aligned.
• Ability to turn complex regulatory and governance requirements into actionable release plans.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills, with Advanced English (C1 level) being mandatory.
