We seek a SAP SuccessFactors, RCM/RMK & LMS - Senior and  a SAP SucessFactors Employee Central and Talent modules - Junior professional who shares our passion for innovation and change. These roles are critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed?

SAP SuccessFactors, RCM/RMK & LMS - Senior

• Proven SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with hands-on experience in Recruiting (RCM/RMK) and Learning (LMS).

• Certification in Recruiting and/or Learning valued.

• Strong knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, learning lifecycle).

• Skilled in translating business requirements into SF solutions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Results-oriented, proactive, analytical, and detail-focused.

SAP SucessFactors Employee Central and Talent modules - Junior

• Knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors platform, ideally with Employee Central, and in one of the Talent modules (Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Variable Pay, or Learning).

• Desirable knowledge of Time Management, reporting (People Analytics) and  previous experience with integrations (SCPI/CPI).

This job can be filled in  Madrid, Spain #LI-Hybrid.
