We seek a SAP Solutions Sales Specialist – Senior Level who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

  • Proficient English (C1-C2 Level)

  • Mastery of consultative sales processes in technology

  • Strong knowledge of technology project implementation methodologies

  • Experience coordinating with major technology manufacturers (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.)

  • Proven ability to build relationships with high-level stakeholders (VPs, Partners, Directors, C-Level)

  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills

  • Ability to understand and address customer challenges in the context of digital transformation

  • Strategic thinking and customer-centric mindset

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the business process with clients through the account team

  • Defining and executing commercial strategies while coordinating Solution Architect teams and managing manufacturer relationships

  • Developing growth and maintenance strategies for accounts with assigned studio teams

  • Creating entry strategies for new accounts where Globant currently has no practice presence

  • Managing the assigned sales budget and meeting targets

  • Managing relationships with key technological references within the firm to coordinate and generate client offers

  • Efficiently managing relationships with technology manufacturers to maximize partnership value

  • Identifying and qualifying Staff Augmentation opportunities and autonomously negotiating profiles and rates with clients

  • Providing value-driven offers aligned with manufacturers’ sales strategies

  • Applying knowledge of solutions to solve specific client or industry problems
