We seek a Public Affairs & Sustainability who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• Strategic Regional Adaptation: Success stems from tailoring global sustainability programs to the specific socio-economic landscapes of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, ensuring corporate volunteering initiatives remain relevant and impactful across diverse local communities.
• Multichannel Stakeholder Management: Acting as a strategic bridge between NGOs, government bodies, and internal business units ensures that Public Affairs and Sustainability efforts remain perfectly aligned with core business objectives.
• Data-Driven Impact Analysis: Strong analytical capabilities allow for the tracking and reporting of key performance metrics (KPIs), effectively translating social impact into tangible data that supports ESG reporting and corporate reputation.
• Corporate Volunteering Leadership: Designing high-engagement volunteer experiences fosters a culture of purpose and commitment among collaborators across different geographies, driving both social value and internal brand loyalty.
• Institutional Agility: Proactive management of corporate participation in business chambers and associations identifies key opportunities for public-private partnerships that enhance regional positioning.
• Effective Intercultural Communication: Proficiency in English and advanced communication skills facilitate the management of high-level institutional relationships and collaboration within multicultural environments.
• Digital Project Management: The efficient use of digital tools to coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously ensures that community and institutional projects are delivered on time and within scope.
