Legal Business Counsel - ES

We seek a Legal Business Counsel, who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

• Draft, negotiate and manage company contracts, including Master Service Agreements, Amendments, Statements of Work, NDAs, RFP Responses, Staff Augmentation Contracts, Structured contracts, Professional Services Agreements, Vendor Agreements, etc.

• Manage the flow of requests for legal document review and secure required approvals from our business leads. 

• Provide guidance and legal interpretation to the sales and services teams. 

• Advise sales executives and management regarding contractual obligations and interpret terms and conditions. 

• Handle other project-based work within the scope of the legal department responsibilities on an as-needed basis.

• Having relevant commercial contract experience either in a firm or in house, preferably in the technology of software industry. 

• Having an in-depth understanding of contract law and IT related contract requirements and strong skills in negotiating MSAs and other various contracts.
