We seek a Head of New Business & Growth who dares to think differently and trusts their gut. You’ll play a key role in crafting ideas that move culture and drive business, blending creativity, media, data, technology, and AI to create high-impact solutions that generate sustainable growth.

 

This role will be responsible for leading business growth generation through the identification, development, and conversion of opportunities with current and prospective clients, transforming them into strategic initiatives and high-value proposals for the company. The Head of Growth will orchestrate GUT Network’s integrated capabilities — including consulting, creativity, martech, data, paid media, SEO/GEO, and marketing automation — to design differentiated solutions, strengthen strategic client relationships, and contribute to long-term business growth.

Responsibilities:

Business Development & Opportunity Generation

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities.

  • Design and implement prospecting and demand generation strategies.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers among current and prospective clients.

  • Organize and participate in industry events, executive breakfasts, networking activities, and positioning initiatives.

  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.

  • Coordinate inactive client recovery initiatives and portfolio expansion efforts.

Commercial Leadership & Proposal Management

  • Lead and develop multidisciplinary business proposals.

  • Coordinate internal teams to create differentiated, results-oriented solutions.

  • Design commercial narratives, business cases, and executive presentations.

  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity tracking.

  • Ensure quality and consistency across proposals and commercial processes.

  • Participate in global company proposals from the Marketing vertical as complementary services to technology offerings.

Strategic Account Development

  • Lead executive-level relationships with key clients.

  • Design growth plans and account evolution roadmaps.

  • Identify new client needs and expansion opportunities within the portfolio.

  • Participate in strategic committees and high-level meetings.

Commercial Capabilities & Growth Assets

  • Develop commercial materials, case studies, and sales accelerators.

  • Create frameworks, methodologies, and playbooks to scale growth.

  • Maintain updated repositories of credentials, references, and offerings.

  • Drive the use of AI to improve commercial productivity and proposal quality.

Market Visibility & Positioning

  • Represent the company at events, conferences, and industry forums.

  • Generate thought leadership and strategic positioning content.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams on brand awareness and positioning initiatives.

  • Contribute to the development of new offerings and value propositions.

What will help you succeed:

Experience & Knowledge

  1. 8–10 years of experience in business development, growth, consulting, or digital marketing.

  2. Proven experience leading complex commercial processes and high-value proposals.

  3. Strong knowledge of:

    • Paid Media

    • SEO & GEO

    • CRM & Marketing Automation

    • Data & Analytics

    • E-commerce & Digital Sales

    • Customer Experience

  4. Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.

  5. Ability to manage C-Level relationships.

  6. Advanced English proficiency.
