HLS Data Scientist - ES

We seek a HLS Data Scientist who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• Real-world experience building and scaling Generative AI solutions (LLMs, RAG, agents) in production environments, ideally within pharmaceutical or life sciences organizations.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of Azure AI services, especially Azure OpenAI, applied to high-impact oncology and clinical data use cases.
• Proven ability to turn complex pharma and medical data into actionable insights using Generative AI, Machine Learning, and document intelligence.
• Experience working in regulated, high-compliance environments (GxP, FDA, EMA or similar), ensuring security, data integrity, and auditability of AI solutions.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong communication skills to collaborate with medical, technical, and business teams and drive AI innovation in pharma.
