Financial and Payments Analyst- JR Madrid

We seek a Financial and Payments Analyst Jr who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

 

 

What will help you succeed:

 

• Process vendor payments and manage automatic debits while ensuring strict adherence to all accounts payable policies and procedures.

• Prepare weekly financial forecasts and assist with ad hoc projects to support the team’s strategic objectives.

• Manage high-volume emails and tickets, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly according to established SLAs.

• Investigate and resolve complex cases associated with payments while supporting internal and external audit documentation gathering.

• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of general accounting principles and the ability to work with SAP S/4HANA systems.

• Utilize strong organizational skills to maintain an organized structure in a dynamic environment where adaptability is imperative.

• Communicate effectively in English at a B2 level, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet tight accounting deadlines.
