Financial Planning & Reporting Lead

We seek an FP&A Lead (Financial Planning & Analysis Lead) for our Sportian vertical, who shares our passion for innovation, metrics, and change. This role is critical to helping our business units evolve, supporting financial planning, and transforming complex business data into strategic insights within this new technological era

What will help you succeed:

• Financial Planning & Strategy Mastery: at least 8-10 years of experience leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis cycles within complex and fast-paced technological environments.

• Business Intelligence & Data-Driven Insights: Strong technical standpoint to analyze data structures, track productivity and financial metrics, and translate operations into scalable financial workflows.

• Strategic Partnering & Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to act as a trusted financial advisor to business leaders and functional managers, aligning team career paths and metrics with core corporate strategies.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Exceptional skills in coordinating with diverse operational, technical, and management departments to ensure integrated approach scenarios and high-quality solution designs.

• Problem-Solving & Risk Governance: Great analytical capabilities to identify risks, evaluate business impact, provide quality assurance for structural financial metrics, and manage internal promotions or transitions smoothly.

• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organization skills to manage end-to-end planning workflows in a multicultural and global corporate ecosystem.

• Advanced or fluent English language proficiency to succeed and collaborate effectively in a global business environment.
