Dynamics Consultant

We seek a Dynamics Consultant who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• Proven experience designing, configuring, and implementing solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Workspace (CSW), aligned with product best practices and business requirements.
• Hands-on expertise with Copilot Service Workspace, Channel Integration Framework (CIF), and Microsoft APM SDK, applying official Microsoft guidelines in real-world implementations.
• Strong development skills in JavaScript (TypeScript is a plus), enabling customization and extension of Dynamics 365 to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.
• Ability to translate functional requirements into effective Dynamics 365 configurations, ensuring optimal alignment between customer needs and platform capabilities.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban), partnering with cross-functional teams using tools like Jira while maintaining autonomy and ownership of deliverables.
• Strong English communication skills.
