Digital Marketing UX & UI - ES

We seek a UX/UI Designer with 3-5 years of experience who dares to think differently and trusts their gut. You’ll play a key role in crafting ideas that move culture and drive business, blending creativity, media, and AI to make an impact that lasts.

What will help you succeed:

• Experience: 3+ years (Mid-Senior) or 5+ years (Senior) in UX, UI, or both.
• Tools: Proficiency in Figma (others like Sketch or Adobe XD are a plus).
• Methodology: Experience in product design; knowledge of Lean UX, Design Thinking, or Service Design is valued.
• Languages: Fluent English in a work environment. (This is essential—more important than a C1 level without real-world English experience.)
• Work environment: Experience collaborating with other designers, developers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Senior UI Designers: Advanced knowledge of Design Tokens and scalable design systems is required.

This job can be filled in Madrid (3 days on-site.)
