Right now, we’re looking for Data Scientists to join our team! We look for curious and analytical people, passionate about uncovering insights from complex data, with strong technical and data-driven background. What You'll Do: Core Responsibilities

• These tasks focus on building and maintaining our internal data infrastructure and tools.

• Operate and Innovate: You will maintain and innovate our proprietary insights toolbox, built on a tech stack including Neo4j and LLM technology.

• Manage Codebases: Manage and optimize our codebase of Python scripts, focusing on robust information extraction, data processing, and analysis.

• Evolve Data Models: Collaborate on managing, evolving, and scaling our graph database data models in Neo4j to support new features and analyses.

• Build New Pipelines: Design, develop, and deploy new data analysis pipelines from the ground up, translating client and business requirements into functional solutions.

• Research & Implement: Act as our "eyes and ears" on the future. You'll constantly research developments in AI, graph analytics, and data analysis, proactively identifying and championing new opportunities for implementation.

 What You'll Do: Project-Based Work

• These tasks involve applying our tools and your skills directly to client challenges.

• Solve Client Problems: Apply our insights toolbox to solve concrete client challenges related to brand strategy, competitive market positioning, customer insights and community mapping.

• End-to-End Data Handling: Manage project-specific data pipelines, including data collection, cleaning, pre-processing, and feature enrichment.

• Conduct Analysis: Conduct advanced data analysis to answer research questions and hypotheses.

• Convey Your Results: Go beyond the numbers. You’ll create visualizations, build intuitive dashboards (e.g., in Streamlit, Tableau), and construct clear, data-driven arguments to support your conclusions.

• Configure AI Agents: Configure and tweak project-specific LLM agents to solve unique client use cases

Our Ideal Candidate Has

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.

• Expert-level Python: Deep proficiency in the data science stack (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.) and experience writing clean, modular, and production-ready code.

• Graph Database Expertise: Experience with graph databases (Neo4j strongly preferred) and graph analytics. 

• LLM & AI Application: Proven experience working with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) for tasks like information extraction, classification, and analysis. This includes strong skills in prompt engineering and defining reliable output schemas (e.g., using Pydantic).

• Modern Dev Practices: Fluency in Git/GitHub for version control, code reviews, and collaborative development.
