Data Engineer - GenAI Specialist ES

We seek a Data Engineer – GenAI Specialist who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• Expertise in Knowledge Engineering: Experience modeling enterprise content, taxonomies, and ontologies to transform raw data into structured Knowledge Graphs.
• Mastery of Python & Data Architecture: Skilled in building end-to-end pipelines (ingestion, parsing, normalization) and integrating complex APIs (SharePoint, ServiceNow, Confluence).
• Advanced Search & Semantic Retrieval: Deep understanding of indexing, relevance, and hybrid retrieval using tools like Elastic/OpenSearch or Vector Databases.
• GenAI & RAG Readiness: Familiarity with the LLM stack (LangChain/LlamaIndex) including chunking, embeddings, and grounding for semantic search solutions.
• Cloud & Integration Foundations: Solid grasp of AWS environments and secure architecture to ensure scalability in highly regulated financial sectors.
• Excellent communication, organization and time-management skills, with fluency in English.
