Customer Service - Madrid

We seek a Customer Service – Mid-Level  who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate)
• Experience managing commercial accounts, clients, and projects in digital marketing agencies, digital business consultancies, contact centers, or similar environments
• Experience with CRM, project management tools, and ticketing platforms
• Knowledge of commercial campaigns, call and sales KPIs, agent campaign configurations, and sizing
• Familiarity with digital marketing, lead management, marketing automation, and performance marketing is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and social media as lead generation sources
• Experience as a coordinator or supervisor in contact centers is a plus
