CRO Trainee - Madrid

We seek a CRO Trainee who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• Advanced English skills.
• Being a student or recent graduate with the mandatory possibility of signing an internship agreement with a University
• Good communication skills
• Support in quantitative and qualitative analysis of digital channels using tools like GA4 and Hotjar.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Data, UX, Design, and Product teams
• Participation in the design, implementation, and statistical tracking of A/B tests within the experimentation cycle, using tools like Adobe Target, VWO, etc.
• Data storytelling: translating technical findings into clear and actionable insights for the business.
• Monitor the strategy and proposals established with clients and teammates
