We seek a CRM Dynamics - Dynamics Developer who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer.
• Deep understanding of Customer Service Workspace.
• Experience in migrating from Unified Service Desk to Customer Service Workspace is highly desirable.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Problem-solving aptitude and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work under pressure.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field.
