CIAM Engineer

We seek a Senior CIAM Engineer who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• Deep Technical Expertise in SAP CDC: Having 4–6+ years of hands-on experience in configuring, administering, and managing the SAP Customer Data Cloud (Gigya) backend, including data schemas and API integrations.
• Mastery of Authentication Protocols: A strong command of industry-standard protocols such as OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML to ensure secure and seamless token lifecycle management and federation.
• Proficiency in Social & Developer Ecosystems: Experience managing complex social registration flows and navigating developer consoles like Facebook Business Manager, Google Cloud, and Apple Developer.
• Commitment to Data Privacy & Compliance: A solid understanding of GDPR and global data protection frameworks to ensure all CIAM solutions operate within privacy-sensitive digital ecosystems.
• Proactive Technical Ownership: The ability to act as the primary owner of the CIAM landscape, coordinating incident troubleshooting and collaborating effectively with external providers and consultants.
• Innovation in Identity Solutions: Success in implementing modern authentication trends, such as passwordless solutions (OwnID) and managing UAT/Production environments for high-traffic ecosystems.
• Effective Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong communication skills in English to align with Marketing, Social, and Technical teams on global customer identity initiatives.
