Business Hacking Analyst

We seek a  Business Hacking Associate, Junior who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

• Entrepreneurial Ownership: A high-autonomy professional with the creativity to navigate organizational tensions and the grit to act as a "true entrepreneur" within complex transformation programs.
• Tangible & Iterative Impact: Focus on making change measurable and sustainable through continuous, iterative delivery, purposely avoiding "faraonic" or endless programs in favor of tangible results.
• Digital & AI Integration: Expertly combining a passion for technology—specifically AI and Gen AI—with strategic design to build disruptive business models and robust Go-to-Market strategies.
• Analytical "Hacker" Mindset: Applying a quantitative, problem-solving lens to detect new revenue streams and optimize business impact using non-traditional, innovative frameworks.
• Strategic Storytelling: The ability to translate complex visions into simple, straightforward ideas while bridging the gap between high-level "big picture" strategy and everyday operational execution.
• Relentless Standard for Excellence: Driven by an obsession with creating a massive global impact and a refusal to settle for "good enough," constantly seeking to reinvent how industry leaders operate.
• Strong English communication skills.
