AEM Project Manager

We seek a AEM Project Manager,  who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

Main Functions and responsabilities:

Manage and inventory the requests submitted to the backlog for the development or evolution of components, ensuring that all required information is provided and that the Design System components maintain referential integrity.

Create and maintain the documentation and backlog for development, defining both the functional and visual requirements needed for each requested component, and ensuring they are appropriate and sufficient for proper development.

Coordinate with development teams and backlog managers by overseeing delivery timelines (sprints) once a component has been approved, and communicating updates through all necessary channels and within the backlog.

Monitor compliance with delivery dates (sprints) and inform requesting teams in case of any issues, communicating through all required channels and updating the backlog accordingly.

Validate delivered components through QA by reviewing the technical team’s demo and ensuring all functional, visual, and accessibility requirements are met, including translations. During the QA process, the requesting team must be involved in the final approval of the component.

What will help you succeed:

• High level of spoken and written English.

• Proven experience in AEM Projects

• Ability to work across different architectures.

• Familiarity with backlog management and knowledge-sharing/collaboration tools.

• Understanding of accessibility to define functional and visual requirements for components.

• Experience working with agile methodologies.

• Acts as a liaison between development and design teams to ensure components are delivered within the planned sprints.

• Strong problem-solving skills regarding deadlines, prioritization, development hours, and missing requirements from stakeholders (accessibility, development, copy, etc.).

• Dynamic, proactive, and cooperative personality. Responsible, autonomous, organized, and detail-oriented.
