We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical hybrid Lead with 5+ years of Marketing Cloud experience. The ideal candidate will have experience leading client interactions and building robust future-proof solutions.

• Leads workshops/ playback/ training sessions

• Explain technical concepts to a technical and/or non-technical audience

• Take ownership of technical design & communicate them clearly and concisely

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

• Approximately 8+ years technical experience

• 5+ years Marketing Cloud experience (and/or Salesforce.com combined)

• Experience across range of apps/ clouds (e.g. SFMC, Core SFDC, Data Cloud, Personalisation Studio)

• Able to design and build solutions to meet complex client requirements

• Able to lead a technical team to successful delivery Confident in standard development areas, most of the following:

• Extensive understanding of API Development (REST, SOAP)

• Extensive experience in leading integration and technical workstreams

• Experience writing well-documented code in AMPScript or SSJS or other server side languages e.g. Node.js, Ruby, Python or PHP

• Experience with database management tools like SQL or .Net.

• Experience writing front-end languages i.e. HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Experience in developing/ maintaining a website and/or app

• Experience in leading the complete life cycle of project development including Release Management Testing, and Deployment

• Understands and advocates best practice

• Experience in GitHub or similar
