We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant, Architect  to join our growing team. We are seeking a strategic and client-focused professional with deep Salesforce ecosystem expertise and a strong background in Managed Services delivery. The ideal candidate will lead functional engagements, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive high-quality solution delivery across multiple client accounts while supporting team growth and operational excellence.

 

What will help you succeed:

  • Strong leadership experience managing and mentoring Salesforce Functional Consultants.

  • Proven ability to own functional delivery across Managed Services client portfolios.

  • Confidence in handling escalations and resolving complex functional or delivery challenges.

  • Strong understanding of delivery best practices, governance, quality standards, and performance management.

  • Experience collaborating with Technical Leads to deliver scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions.

  • Hands-on experience overseeing end-to-end service delivery, including incidents, enhancements, releases, and user support.

  • Ability to manage multiple client priorities while balancing SLAs, business impact, and team capacity.

  • Strong stakeholder and client management skills, including governance meetings, roadmap discussions, and strategic reviews.

  • Experience identifying delivery risks and driving continuous service improvement initiatives.

  • Strong functional solution design expertise aligned with Salesforce best practices and governance standards.

  • Solid knowledge of Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Agentforce; CPQ experience is a plus.

  • Broad awareness of MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and Data Cloud ecosystems.

  • Commercial awareness with experience supporting scoping, estimations, renewals, and account growth opportunities.

  • A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes, delivery efficiency, and client experience within Managed Services environments.

 

Good to have:

 

  • 4+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, including Senior or Lead Functional Consultant roles.

  • Strong experience in Managed Services and post-go-live delivery environments.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and delivery workstreams effectively.

  • Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills, including interaction with senior leadership.

  • Commercial awareness with experience in scoping, estimation, and supporting account growth initiatives.

  • Salesforce certifications such as Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, or Agentforce are preferred.

  • Experience working within Managed Services delivery models, including SLAs and retainer-based engagements.

  • Previous consultancy or System Integrator (SI) experience is preferred.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to balance delivery ownership and team management.

  • Commercially aware, results-driven, and focused on delivering client value.

  • Confident communicator comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.

  • Proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Comfortable operating across both strategic planning and day-to-day delivery activities.

 

This job can be filled onsite in London, United Kingdom and is Hybrid (The position is on-site 2 days a week).
