Head of Programme

We seek a Head of Programme who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• • Extensive experience in technology delivery or programme leadership within large, complex service engagements (e.g., consulting, systems integration, or managed services).
  • Ability to lead six distinct functional discipline heads (Product, Design, Delivery, Quality, Engineering, and SRE) as a single, aligned leadership team.
  • Expertise in maintaining multi-channel digital product alignment (web, mobile, digital touchpoints), identifying reusable component opportunities, and preventing redundant parallel builds in collaboration with Engineering leads. 
  • Experience establishing and maintaining a centralized programme value ledger and driving cross-discipline dependencies, trade-offs (e.g., scope vs. pace, capacity vs. quality), and blockers to resolution.
  • Hands-on experience operating in a paired leadership model alongside a client-facing Account or Engagement Manager (EM), where the EM owns the commercial/executive level and the HoP owns the delivery reality.
  • Direct accountability for client satisfaction, trust, and service health measured as core delivery metrics alongside traditional KPIs. 

This job is to be filled in London, UK. We require this person to be onsite 5 days a week, with 2 of those days at client site.
