Business Hacking Analyst, Consultant - Health Insurance & Healthcare, Peru

We are currently looking for a Business Hacking Analyst – Insurance, who shares our passion for innovation and impact. This role is key to supporting our clients in the insurance sector in Peru, participating in digital transformation initiatives and contributing to the design of scalable, user-centered solutions that improve business performance and customer experience.

What will help you succeed in this role:

• Intermediate / Advanced English (B2 or higher).

• 3–4 years of experience as Functional Analyst, Business Analyst or similar roles.

• Experience in insurance products or processes (mass, individual, collective, SCTR, EPS).

• Participation in digital transformation projects, core implementations or digital solutions.

• Strong analytical and structured mindset, with focus on product, processes and business rules.

• Consultative profile with attention to functional detail and documentation.

• Experience or exposure to insurance core systems (INSIS or similar is a plus).

• Experience working in multidisciplinary and agile environments.

This job can be filled in Perú #Lima – hybrid (3 times a week at the client’s office in Lima).
