Business Consulting Manager, Lima, Peru

We are currently looking for a Business Consulting Manager to join our team in Lima, Peru.

Our Business Consulting team helps organizations design and deliver business transformation programs that connect strategy, innovation and technology to create measurable and sustainable business value.

For this role, we are looking for a seasoned consultant with a strong background in Management Consulting, preferably within the Financial Services industry (Banking, Insurance or Financial Institutions), who can quickly understand our clients' challenges and lead strategic transformation initiatives.

What you'll do

• Lead large-scale business transformation programs for leading Financial Services organizations.

• Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for complex, multi-year transformation initiatives.

• Connect strategic initiatives and MVPs into sustainable transformation programs that deliver measurable business outcomes.

• Partner with C-level executives and senior stakeholders to drive strategic, data-driven decision-making.

• Identify new business opportunities and help clients unlock sustainable growth.

• Develop business cases and quantify the financial impact of transformation initiatives.

• Design customer-centric solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Lead multidisciplinary teams while coaching and developing consultants throughout project delivery.

What will help you succeed

• Mandatory: 6+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Business Consulting or Strategy Consulting.

• Strong experience delivering consulting projects within the Financial Services industry, preferably Banking, Insurance or Financial Institutions.

• Proven experience leading business transformation, digital transformation or strategic consulting engagements.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to structure complex business challenges into actionable solutions.

• Experience developing business cases and measuring business and financial impact.

• Experience working directly with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.

• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.

• Advanced English proficiency.
