Senior QA Automation Engineer

We seek Senior QA Automation Engineers (Vietnamese Only) who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

You will get the chance to: 

• Test cases creation: Design, create, execute test cases to validate functionality as per the business requirements.

• Automated Script Execution: Design, write, and maintain highly efficient automated testing scripts for UI, API, and backend systems seamlessly integrated into our CI/CD pipelines.

• AI-Driven Testing: Apply AI-driven testing techniques to generate smart test data, utilize self-healing test functionalities, and dynamically adapt test coverage to application changes.

• Predictive Defect Analytics: Leverage predictive defect analytics dashboards to analyze historical patterns, allowing you to prioritize testing efforts on the most vulnerable modules of the application.

• Accelerate Coverage: Continuously transition legacy manual test cases into autonomous, AI-assisted automated scripts to drastically reduce manual overhead.

• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and the Lead QE to execute the testing strategy and embed quality seamlessly into daily workflows.

• Defect Triage: Identify, document, and track bugs, using automated root-cause analysis tools where possible to speed up resolution.

What will help you succeed: 

• 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Engineering, focusing heavily on manual and test automation.

• Strong programming proficiency (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript) for writing complex automated scripts.

• Practical experience utilizing modern testing frameworks and applying AI-driven testing tools (e.g., Claude model, agents and skills).

• Understanding of predictive defect analytics and how to use data metrics to guide testing scopes.

• Solid grasp of agile methodologies, continuous integration, and pushing the limits of test coverage beyond manual boundaries.

• Fluency in English
