Manual Tester - Vietnam (Onboard after Lunar New Year)

We seek Test Engineers who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

You will get the chance to:

• Analyze requirements and specifications to design detailed and effective test cases.
• Execute manual functional and regression testing across web-based applications.
• Identify, document, and track defects in JIRA, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
• Participate in test planning, estimation, and review sessions with the QA team.
• Validate bug fixes and perform retests after development updates.
• Work closely with developers to understand technical implementations and test complex workflows.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and documentation.
• Support the development of automated test scripts (if applicable).

Requirements: 

• At least 4 years of experience in software QA, ideally within a SaaS or enterprise application environment.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing lifecycle, and functional testing principles.
• Familiarity with SQL for data validation.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. 
• Nice to have payment experience
• Good at English skills
