Infrastructure Analyst - Vietnam

We seek Infrastructure Analysts who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

YOU WILL GET THE CHANCE TO: 

• Monitors and analyses the performance of the organisation's IT infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement and assisting in the planning and implementation of upgrades and optimisations.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED? 

• Excellent Windows Server specialist 20xx, AD and networking running on hybrid cloud.  

• AWS management of multiple accounts, implementation and automation. (VPC Design/Routing/ACL/EC2 sizing)  

• Enhanced Windows security, multiple domains, vulnerability management  

• VMware ESX and Veeam backup.  

• DEVOPS, build and administration automation, scripting and PowerShell.  

• On-premise hardware management ideally IBM/Lenovo with SAN/iSCSI troubleshooting.  

• Alerting, Capacity and configuration management.  

• Knowledge and understanding of Networks, Firewalls, VPNs  

• IT Security(IAM, Policies, ACL, Security Groups)  

• Palo alto operations and troubleshooting skills  

• Experience with automation tools (Terraform, Ansible,..)

• Holding relevant industry certifications from Microsoft, AWS, or VMware is highly desired.   

• Familiarity with Microservice.  Application virtualisation with .net core.  

• Firm understanding of Information and Cybersecurity security experience in either in PCI DSS, finance, or a similar secured network environment.   

• IBM Storwise experience and troubleshooting.  

• Experience with Tripwire, CyberArk, AppDynamics would be advantageous  

• Support Developers/Devops/CI-CD functionality  

• Familiarity with  ITIL  

• Familiarity with Linux skills.  

• Familiarity with integrating monitoring tools (App-Dynanics/Nagios/SNMP/SEIM)

• Good at English skills
