DevOps Engineer - Vietnam

We seek a DevOps Developers who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

You will get the chance to:

• Cloud Infrastructure Management: Build and optimize infrastructure on AWS and Azure, ensuring high availability, performance, and cost control
• Infrastructure as Code & Automation: Implement automated infrastructure provisioning with Terraform, Terragrunt, Ansible, and Packer r
• CI/CD Pipelines: Enhance and maintain CI/CD processes through Azure DevOps pipelines
• Kubernetes Operations: Scale and manage Kubernetes (EKS) clusters, leveraging GitOps (ArgoCD, Tekton) for deployment
• Monitoring & Incident Response: Set up robust monitoring (Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace), own logging/alerting systems, lead incidents and Root Cause Analysis
• Application Support: Troubleshoot integration with Java, .NET, Node.js apps, and address production-level issues
• On-call Participation: Participate in 24×7 on-call rotations to maintain uptime and reliability
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Dev, QA, IT, and Ops teams to align infrastructure with business goals

What will help you succeed: 

• Experience Level: 5–7+ years in DevOps/Cloud roles, with 3+ years in a senior or lead capacity
• Cloud Platforms: Deep hands-on experience with AWS and Azure production environments
• IaC Tools: Proficiency in Terraform, Terragrunt, Ansible, and Packer
• Containerization & Orchestration: Solid knowledge of Kubernetes, EKS, Docker, and GitOps tools like ArgoCD
• CI/CD Expert: Skilled in building pipelines, particularly with Azure DevOps; familiarity with Jenkins/GitHub Actions is a plus
• Scripting: Proficient in Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc., for automation
• OS & Networking: Advanced understanding of both Linux and Windows environments
• Monitoring Tools: Experience with DataDog, Splunk, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana
• Incident Management: Track record in addressing production issues and leading RCA efforts
• Programming Frameworks: Experience supporting Java, .NET, Node.js applications
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities; collaborative attitude .
• Bonus Skills: Fintech/payments domain exposure, compliance awareness, and cloud security
• Good at English skills.
