Cloud Server Engineer - Vietnam

We seek Cloud Server Engineers who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

YOU WILL GET THE CHANCE TO: 

• Design and implement AWS cloud solutions to meet business requirements.

• Develop and implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation

• Automate the deployment, monitoring, and scaling of AWS resources using Ansible or similar tools.

• Build and manage EKS, ECS, and Kubernetes clusters.

• Configure and manage AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, Elastic Beanstalk, and more.

• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of the AWS platform.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud solutions that meet business needs.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AWS infrastructure and services.

• Stay up to date with the latest AWS services and best practices.

• Take ownership of technically complex support tickets escalated from 1st and 2nd line.

• Manage systems maintenance work, upgrades and rollouts following the company’s change management process.

• Use server management software to manage the release of software updates (service packs, patches, and security updates) to the server estate in line with the policies in place.

• Work with a team of IT engineers and infrastructure across multi-site environments and regions

• Maintain and implement policies, procedures, and work instructions in line with organisational requirements and industry best practices.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED? 

• Strong experience with Windows or Linux Server
• Hands-on experience in provisioning and managing EKS clusters in a public cloud environment.
• Hands-on experience in AWS:

          - VPC, EC2, IAM, Cloud Formation, S3, Amazon RDS, Cloud Formation

          - EKS, AMI, API Gateway, Serverless, DynamoDB

          - Simple Notification Service, CloudWatch, CloudTrail

          - Security Hub, Landing Zone, Guard Duty/Inspector

• AWS experience, including implementation, management, and support.

• Building and supporting servers running Windows and Linux up to the current versions.

• Experience managing Active Directory and AAD, defining and applying group policies.

• Microsoft-based single sign on and ADFS/SAML.

• Knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in resolving issues related to AWS infrastructure and services.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Good at English skills

Certification:

• AWS certification, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator.

• Strong experience with AWS services such as EKS, S3, Lambda, RDS, Elastic Beanstalk, and more.
