Business Analyst

Hanoi, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh - Hybrid/Remote Full-time

• Knowledge of Authentication in digital flows

• Stakeholder analysis & management

What will help you succeed: 

• Good at English
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analyst

Technical Understanding

• Integration Skills: Experience with third party systems into existing architectures, particularly in a way that aligns with future-state architectures

• Solution Discovery and Design:

• Requirements Gathering: Proficiency in eliciting, documenting, and managing requirements for complex systems, especially those related to security, identity, and exclusion processes.

• Solution Design: Ability to design solutions that address the needs while considering the overall enterprise architecture.

Data Privacy and Security:

• Security Best Practices: Familiarity with best practices in securing customer personal and sensitive data,.

• Stakeholder Management and Communication:

• Clear Communication with Stakeholders and Internal team: The ability to effectively communicate complex regulatory requirements and technical solutions to various stakeholders

• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Proven ability to work with legal, technical, and business teams to align on regulatory requirements and deliver compliant solutions.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

• Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze and interpret regulatory requirements, translating them into actionable business and technical requirements.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address any challenges related to ID verification, exclusion, and regulatory compliance
• Provide support and training to end users on new systems and processes, and assist in the development of a BAU model for ongoing operations.
• Proficient in leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) tools to enhance data analysis, automate workflows, and generate actionable business insights.
