SAP S/4HANA Project Manager

We are seeking a SAP S/4HANA Project Manager who shares our passion for innovation and transformation. This role is key to leading the successful execution of SAP S/4HANA projects and workstreams, translating complex business requirements into actionable delivery plans while ensuring strong governance across timelines, budgets, scope, and stakeholder expectations.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

SAP & Project Management Expertise (Essential)

• 7+ years of IT Project Management experience, with at least 3+ years specifically leading SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversions (Greenfield, Brownfield, or RISE with SAP).

• Deep understanding of SAP Activate Methodology paired with hands-on experience running Agile/Scrum delivery models.

• Proven track record managing full lifecycle global/nearshore delivery teams and sub-contractors.

• Solid understanding of core S/4HANA functional streams (Finance/FICO, Supply Chain, MM, SD) and technical components (SAP BTP, Fiori, Integration Suite).

Certifications (Desirable)

• PMP / PRINCE2 Practitioner Certification.

• SAP Certified Associate – Project Manager (SAP Activate).

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).

Tools & Execution

• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and SAP Cloud ALM or Solution Manager.

• Strong financial acumen for tracking P&L, burn rates, and project margins.
