Client Partner - Brand & Design

We seek a Client Partner, who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• Developing business partner relationships with key contacts within the clients and strive to maintain long lasting and sustainable success of the Agency's clients.

• Demonstrating strong collaboration skills with internal teams, using agency resources to support our client's business>

• Building strong relationships and trust with creative partners.
• Working closely with the Directors to ensure commercial objectives are met.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities - researching leads and pitching for new business.
• Driving organic growth by working closely with existing clients, anticipating their business needs and leading client relations.
• Coaching, mentoring and managing junior members of your team and providing consistent direction to them.
• Handling budgets, managing costs and invoicing clients.

Key Skills:-

• Arabic Speaker.

• A graduate level degree with upwards of 5 years’ industry experience.

• Previous agency experience.

• Proven track record of building profitable business relationships.

• A passion for creative marketing and an understanding of what makes for good creative.

• Excellent communication & presentation skills- both Arabic and English.
• Commercial acumen.

• Effective interpersonal & negotiation skills

• MBA or a degree in Computer science or any related fields is prefered. 
• UAE/ GCC experience
