We are looking for a Junior Account Coordinator to join our Account Management team. In our agency, the account team is the engine of our revenue and the face of our client relationships. We are a team defined by ownership, extroversion, and a relentless drive for problem-solving.

    Qualifications & Requirements :

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Digital Fluency: A foundational understanding of digital marketing mechanisms and lexicon.
    • Industry Interest: A genuine curiosity for the pharmaceutical industry. This is our niche; you should be excited about becoming an expert in this sector but experience is not mandatory.
    • Communication: Fluency in business English (our corporate language).


    Expected Tasks Among Others :

    Support the sales process before a project is secured and handed over to a project manager:

    • Prepares proposal decks based clients
    • Attends all client meetings with Account Manager, debriefs with Account Manager on actions to take after the meeting
    • Manages client communication as agreed with Account Manager to follow up on commercial opportunities
    • Prepares contracts for approval prior to sending to the client
    • Prepares budgets for approval prior to sending to the client
    • Keep CRM up to date to reflect status of the opportunities.

    Support Project Managers alongside Account Manager with escalations that pertain risks of already secured projects.

      This job is not remote and is open for people who are located or open to relocate to Copenhagen. Our policy involves 3 days in person at the office in Ryesgade
