Junior ,QC and Content Manager

We seek a Junior Content Manager (Agency /Digital Marketing experience mandatory )who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

This job can be filled onsite in Copenhagen, Denmark  and is Hybrid.

What will help you succeed:

We expect our content managers to show a burning desire to create solutions with an (explicit) eye for the details that allow customers to entangle with our brand and create long-lasting value-adding relationships. The right candidate will be part of strengthening our project management team and hands-on in production and delivering projects that will enhance long-standing relationships with our existing Fortune 500 clients & international healthcare clients.

You will get the chance to:

• Support client/project teams with quality control of our many creative deliveries in the multiple steps before it is sent/uploaded to the client. 

• Assist in creating consistency on these materials as continued feedback is given. 

• Upload or organize marketing materials internally or in client platforms. 

• Help annotate medical material into client platforms.

• Assist in handling content across touchpoints both internally and externally incl. documentation of changes.

• Assist in keeping documents up to date. 

• Assist in briefing creatives on changes needed, and ensuring they’re completed.

What will help you succeed:

• A great appreciation for ‘attention to detail’. 

• Sees it as an ideal job to spend most of your time comparing documents / versions working autonomously.

• A basic understanding of marketing and project management. 

• A comfortable business level English as this is our corporate language.

• A desire to work with multiple cultures. 

• Enthusiastic and positive, with a ‘Do-er’ mentality to take on initiatives and to be proactive.

• A deep passion and ambition for professional growth, willingness to learn, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 

• Bachelor or master's from a creative or business school. 

• Experience in healthcare marketing processes around Veeva Vault (VVPM, MLR, Inscite, Veeva X).

• Experience in annotating and referencing marketing materials. 

• Experience with project management from a digital agency, digital marketing team within the Pharma industry would be a huge plus.
