We seek a Creative Content Producer  who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• 1-4 years of experience in roles related to content creation, such as editing, strategy, or UX preferably with exposure to healthcare or technical content.

• Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

• Some knowledge of UX principles and a willingness to grow in this area

• Some experience with Figma or a similar design tool is preferred

• Experience with common content management systems and office software.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  

• Review and quality check content deliverables against briefs and strategic guidelines.

• Assess copy and design materials (digital, print, presentations) for accuracy and clarity, and annotating changes based on client or internal feedback for copywriters and designers

• Perform basic content editing tasks

• Edit and help finalize content directly in layouts, working closely with copyrights and designers

• Support project managers and content team members by tracking content status and following up on deliverables

• Help evaluate content and design through a UX lens to ensure the best user experience

• Assist in reviewing and organizing source materials from clients and medical experts

• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
