We are currently looking for a Campaign Manager to join the Globant GUT Strategy Studio. In that role you will be at the center of defining and executing the right digital media strategy for our clients whether they are launching a new product, building a new website, revitalizing their digital ecosystem, or planning a promotional campaign.

 


You will get the chance to:

  • Be a part of activating our digital insights and omnichannel strategies for Fortune 500 companies. If so, then you should keep reading.

  • Familiarize yourself with medical terminology and healthcare context, to be able to shape digital media strategies in this industry

  • Play a role in the whole campaign planning and execution process:

    o Collaborate with our strategic planners providing media-related input for them to take it into account when defining the content strategy

    o Define campaign objectives & measurement plan

    o Define targeting strategy

    o Define channel mix, provide budget recommendations, deliver results forecasts and benchmarks

    o Set budget allocation for selected channels

    o Own the full media campaign management process from set up, testing, launch, monitoring, management, and reporting.

  • Set up organic SoMe posts and report on organic performance, together with paid.

  • Deliver conitnuously on clinet projects across the company's client portfolio

 

What will help you succeed:

  • 3+ years of experience with digital media campaigns and interest to grow the skill set further. Main channels you would run paid campaigns on: LinkedIn, X, Google Ads (Search, Display, Video)

  • A strong digital and technological understanding.

  • Fluency in English language written and spoken.

  •  

    Interest in working with the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Ability to set the direction for assigned project tasks and to clearly communicate that direction to team members and clients.

  • A positive and problem-solving attitude towards uncertainty and changes.

  • Ability to apply strategic thinking.

  • Good presentation skills, both creating slides and delivering a presentation

 

Bonus, but not required, experience:

  • Experience with the healthcare, life sciences, medico, and pharmaceutical industries.
  • Experience with SEO

 

 

This position can be filled in both Copenhagen and Barcelona.
