User Experience Designer-MX-Mexico City

Are you passionate about creating digital experiences that are not only visually appealing, but also intuitive, clear, and meaningful for users?

At Globant, we are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join a project for one of our major clients in the software development industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-centered digital experiences while combining UX/UI Design, Design Systems, responsive layouts, and UX Writing to create consistent and effective products.

🔹 What you’ll be working with:

• UX/UI Design
• Adobe XD
• Auto Layout and responsive design
• Design Systems
• UX Writing and UI content
• User-centered design
• Problem-solving and critical thinking
• Agile methodologies
• Scrum and Kanban
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Basic understanding of SSDLC and application security

🔹 What we’re looking for:

• Professional experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of User Experience and User Interface Design principles.
• Experience working with design tools such as Adobe XD.
• Knowledge of Design Systems and reusable UI components.
• Experience creating clear, concise, and user-centered content for digital interfaces.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Professional English proficiency.
