Junior Talent Sourcer_MX

At Globant, we are looking for a Junior Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team and help us connect great talent with amazing opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching, discovering new talent, and building strong candidate pipelines. You’ll work closely with our Recruiters, supporting different searches and learning more about the technology market along the way.

What you’ll do

• Search and identify potential candidates through LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Engage with passive candidates and generate interest in our opportunities.
• Partner with Recruiters to understand profiles, skills, priorities, and search strategies.
• Conduct initial profile validation based on role requirements.
• Keep candidate and sourcing information organized and up to date.
• Explore new sourcing strategies, tools, and talent pools.

What we’re looking for

• Around 1 year of experience in Sourcing, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Talent Research. Relevant internships or early-career experience can also be considered.
• Strong research skills and curiosity for finding and connecting with talent.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and sourcing techniques; experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
• Intermediate to Advanced English, both written and spoken.
• Interest in developing a career within Talent Acquisition and the technology industry.

Extra points if you have

• Previous experience sourcing or recruiting technology profiles.
• Basic understanding of technology roles, skills, or terminology.
• Experience using Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray Search, or other sourcing tools.
