Program Manager Senior-Level

We seek a Program Manager Senior-Level who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• Proven experience managing enterprise-level software implementations, preferably in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of Atlassian Jira and Confluence configuration, administration, and best practices.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to analyze complex workflows and drive process improvements.
• Skilled in reporting tools and metric-driven performance tracking.
• Atlassian certifications (e.g., Jira Administrator, Confluence Administrator) are preferred.
• Background in Agile coaching or enterprise Agile transformation is preferred.
• Experience working in the financial services or insurance industry is preferred

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $115,000 - $135,000 + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.

This position can be filled as a Full-Time Employee (FTE) or through a contractor.
