Right now we are looking for a Talent & Culture Business Partner to join our team at Globant! 

You will get the chance to:

• Organize, present and welcome with Onboarding to the new hires and follow up.

• Communicate and organize actions regarding volunteering, diversity and inclusion, communities and specific needs along with Sustainability.

• Define working mood strategies and tools.
