Sr Learning Analyst

We seek a Learning Sr Analyst  who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• 5+ years of proven experience in a Learning Role – this is a must.

• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools, data, or automation to streamline Learning & Development operations or enhance the learner experience

• Experience in systematizing learning needs and translating them into effective, scalable global programs.
• Proven track record in co-designing and delivering engaging, results-oriented learning solutions tailored to diverse global audiences.

• Strong understanding of modern Learning & Development methodologies, including instructional design, digital learning platforms, and learning analytics.

• Passion for technology and innovation, with a mindset focused on continuous improvement and simplifying complex processes.

• English fluency (spoken and written) is required for this global role.
