Senior Legal Business Counsel

We seek a Legal Business Counsel Senior who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

You will get the chance to:

• Work with professionals who have created some of the most revolutionary solutions in their fields.

• Make an impact and work in large-scale projects globally.

• Draft, negotiate and manage a wide range of contracts, including Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, License Agreements and almost every other company agreement.

• Manage the flow of requests for legal document review and secure required approvals from our business leads. 

• Provide guidance and legal aid to the business and services teams. 

• Advise sales executives and management regarding contractual obligations and interpret terms and conditions. 

• Handle project-based work within the scope of the legal department responsibilities on an as-needed basis.

What will help to succed:

• 5+ years of relevant commercial contract experience either in a firm or in house, preferably in the IT or consulting industry.

• Professional fluency in English at all levels is a must.

• Have an in-depth understanding of contract law and IT related contract requirements and strong skills in negotiating MSAs and other various complex contracts.

• Must have excellent organizational skills and be a strong written and verbal communicator, with great attention to detail.

• Be customer-service oriented with the ability to build strong working relationships with various lines of business.

• Experience negotiating international contracts.
