Payroll Analyst with SAP / Degree in Accounting

We seek a Payroll Analyst Ssr Advanced who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What you need to succeed:

• Strong Technical and Accounting Background: Degree in Accounting (must), with the ability to understand the payroll impact on accounting entries and accruals (statutory bonus, vacations, incentives).

•  

  End-to-End Payroll Experience: At least 3–4 years managing full payroll processes, with autonomy to lead activities from data input through statutory charges closing and payment file generation.

•  

  Advanced Knowledge of Income Tax (4th Category): Ability to perform manual control calculations, explain tax withholdings to employees, and promptly manage regulatory updates (tax brackets, deductions, and exemptions).

•  

  SAP Expertise (HR/PY Module)(must): In-depth understanding of system logic (infotypes, payroll schemas) and previous experience participating in implementation testing or resolving technical issues in collaboration with IT/Support teams.
