Right now, we are looking for a Content Operation Analyst to join our Media & OTT Studio. This Studio uses modern product management techniques to ensure products solve the right problems, meet user expectations, and achieve business value.

• Provide support, monitor and operate live OTT Platforms in production environment and its infrastructure (i.e. AWS MediaLive, Ateme, Dacats).
• Run and help design a processes of constant improvement, readiness and scalability to meet the operational needs based on the amount of video assets or live events required.
• Document process and incidents, create reports and run books to assist on the operation.
• Audio, video and streaming knowledge are core to the role i.e. OTT Monitoring, Clip Editing, VoD Assets maintenance, live production pipelines.
