Billing & Collections Analyst, Mid-Level

We seek a Billing & Collections Analyst, Mid-Level who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers personalized expectations in this new technological era.

 

Your day-to-day will include:

• Manage collections for a portfolio of VIP clients across multiple countries, ensuring timely payments and building strong client relationships.
• Preparing and monitoring the collections forecast, identifying potential gaps and recommending corrective actions.
• Posting incoming payments in SAP and reviewing open items to keep accounts reconciled and up to date.
• Analyzing exchange rate variances and their impact on collections and outstanding balances.
• Tracking collections reports and KPIs, with a strong focus on DSO.
• Supporting the monthly close process by reconciling revenue recorded in SAP with the revenue forecast.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams on reports and other key tasks, bringing a broad and strategic view of the business.

What will help you succeed:

 

• University degree or current student in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
• Previous demonstrable experience in similar roles (collections, finance, or administration).
• Knowledge of SAP (not mandatory, is a plus).
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience using AI tools.
• Upper Intermediate English level.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactivity, agility, and ability to work under pressure.
• Focus on delivering exceptional service to both internal and external clients
